异孔亚派系统学研究中存有许多争议,尝试采用蟹类线粒体基因组不同基因结构模式作为系统学研究指标,并据此完成基于这一特征的新的分子系统学研究方法。选择异孔亚派蟹类中在系统学上没有争议的类群,研究其线粒体基因组不同基因结构模式,挖掘和分析其所包含的系统学信息,创建基于线粒体基因组这一信息的新的蟹类系统学分析法,并建立起相应的研究规范;比较该方法同其他系统学研究方法的优缺点,并探讨各自的适用范围。. 针对异孔亚派蟹类系统学研究中的诸多问题,用一种全新的方法,即基于线粒体基因组不同基因结构模式的蟹类系统学分析法,对此开展研究,辅以核基因和形态特征信息,完成异孔亚派蟹类的系统学研究。探讨异孔亚派的组成及其同其他亚派的相互关系,以及异孔亚派不同总科和科的分类地位;研究异孔亚派蟹类划分的分子标记和形态学标准;澄清豆蟹总科、膜壳蟹总科、六足蟹总科和扁蟹总科的归属,以及它们分别与不同总科蟹类的亲缘关系。
英文摘要
There are controversies about taxonomic status of some families and superfamilies of Heterotremata. In order to understand the phylogenetic relationship of this important crab group, this study will create a new phylogenetics method based on different gene composition models of mitochondria of some Heterotremata crabs which taxonomic status are clear. The research specification corresponding to the new method will also be set up. The project will compare the advantages and disadvantages of the new method with other phylogenetic method, and their respective applicable scope will be revealed. . The phylogenetic relationships among some families and superfamilies of this subsection remain unclearly. The present project is to carry on a detailed study of taxonomy and phylogeny of Heterotremata species by the new phylogenetic method created by ourselves based on our pilot study. Morphological methods and other molecular biological data such as unclear gene sequences will also be adopted in this project, in hoping of discovering the composition structure of Heterotremata and the relationships among different subsections, getting comprehensive understanding of the phylogenetic relationships of families and superfamilies in Heterotremata, exploring the phylogenetic status of Pinnotheroidea, Hymenosomatoidea, Hexapodoidea and Palicoidea in the section. The results of this study will establish possibly taxonomic hierarchy of groups in Heterotremata and provide a new phylogenetic method based on different gene composition models of mitochondria.
