关于沉香的形成过程和产生机理,主要集中于“病理学”假说、“创伤-病理”假说和“防御反应”假说等几种观点,每一个“假说”都是在特定的环境条件下提出的,没有任何一种“假说”可以解释在任意环境条件下沉香形成的真实原因。这严重制约了稳定高效白木香结香技术的建立。.申请者认为,无论是正常和非正常的心材形成,都与水份有关,失水是形成心材(白木香结香)的机理。本研究解决二个关键技术问题一是如何控制白木香树失水而结香,二是水份降到何点导(心材临界含水量)致心材形成。继而通过失水条件下沉香形成过程中白木香结构和淀粉物质的动态变化,结香过程中化学成分、代谢途径、信号分子和酶活性的变化规律,以及沉香的显微特征和质量评价,来验证白木香的“白木香失水诱导结香机理” 假说。

In the process of agarwood formation and mechanism of produce from A. sinensis main concentrate in “pathology”hypothesis,wound- pathology”and “Wound-induced Defense respons” hypothesis ect. Every hypothesis is present in specific circumstance condition. No any “hypothesis”can explain agarwood formation real reason in any circumstance condition. it is seriously restrict stabilize and efficient agarwood formation technique established..Applicant believe heartwood formation reason whatever normal and non-normal are related to water. Mechanism of produce agarwood from A. sinensis(Heartwood formation) is water loss. This study will solve two key technical problems. The first is agarwood formation through how to contral water loss. The secondly what is water critical point result in (heartwood critical moisture content) heartwood formation..To verify that the ”water loss heartwood formation” hypothesis we will systematically investigated as follow: the dynamic change of microstructure and starch substance in Aquilaria.sinensis. study the change rule of chemical component and metabolic pathways and signal molecules and protective Enzymes activity in the process of agarwood formation. Also, microscopic characteristics and quality evaluation in Aquilaria.sinensis.
