By far, it is a great challenge for real-time monitoring the transformation of the nonresolving inflammation to cancer. We try to design novel fluorescence probes based on TBET to monitor the levels of ROS both in vitro and in vivo, which may help us understand the roles of ROS play in inflammation and cancer. Meanwhile, we will also introduce the specific sequences into the probes, and this will further provide theoretical guidance for us to understand the transformation of the nonresolving inflammation to cancer and the early diagnosis of liver cancer.
