在原有研究工作基础上,采用一系列遗传学、分子生物学及基因功能研究方法、分析手段和相关技术,系统地研究拟南芥转录调控因子WRKY8相互作用蛋白自噬蛋白ATG8i及其WRKY8-ATG8i转录复合物在调控植株抗病反应及其信号传导通路中的生物学功能,阐明自噬蛋白ATG8i通过调控WRKY8蛋白的转录活性,协同调控植物抗病性的建立;同时,挖掘WRKY8-ATG8i转录复合物协同调控下游靶基因,从而详细阐明WRKY转录因子、自噬蛋白ATG8i和WRKY8-ATG8i转录复合物协同调控植株抗病反应的信号传导途径及其分子生物学机制。
英文摘要
On the basement of our recent research, we will systemically study on the gene function and signal transduction pathway of plant defense-resistance regulated by WRKY8-interacting autophage protein ATG8i and WRKY8-ATG8i transcriptional complex using a series of biotechniques from Genetics, Molecular Biology and Gene function in Arabidopsis, and clarify autophage protein ATG8i may function as an activator of WRKY8 transcription factors to modulate plant defense responses. At the same time, we would perform these biotechniques to analysis the molecular biological functions of WRKY8, ATG8i, WRKY8-ATG8i transcriptional complex and their downstream target genes in regulation of plant defense-resistance,respectively.These above research will help us to clarify the signal transduction pathway and molecular biological mechanism of plant plant defense-resistance regulated by WRKY8 transcription factor, autophage protein ATG8i, and WRKY8-ATG8i transcriptional complex.
