研究在建立标准化名医医案数据采集网络平台基础上构建相应数据库,通过字段、程序设计，以现代名医临床医案及著作为切入点，对前期工作取得的现代50位中医临床名家的常用经方52味药相关医案数据量表进行清理、完善、补充、规范化、导入数据库，并增补相应医案数据单元，转换为结构化数据格式，探讨建立结构化、标准化中医文献数据库的途径和方法。基于“三因制宜”理论和高维聚类分析方法，从多维度对不同流派、地域、季节、时代的医家（群）对不同人群的治疗用药规律进行数据挖掘，并进行验证，以寻找合适的模型与算法，探讨名医运用经方常用药的高频药对（组）的用药规律，探寻蕴涵于名医病案中的用量控制方法、用药规律及其影响因素, 以提高名老中医经验传承效率,进而为中医师临床对处方用药配伍用量的掌握与把控提供直观、有效、且便于应用的参考依据。

The research establishes a standardized collection network platform and build famous TCM veteran doctors’ clinical experiences database, which their clinical works were taken as data source. Database is established by fields and program design. The existing data from prophase work , is to be cleaned up, complemented, standardized treatment, import the database, and converte to structure data format. to discuss the ways of building structured, standardization of TCM literature databases. Under theoretical guidance of ‘abidance by triple pathogens’, we use high-dimensional clustering analysis methods, from multi-dimension ,such as different Academic schools, region, season, era of the physicians, different patient groups, to mine the potential multiple interactive relationship of classical prescription common herbs dose-effect relationship and compatible rules, and validate its rationality. We attempt to find proper model and algorithm, explore rule of frequent TCM herbs partner in classical prescription, dosage control method, and related influencing factors, attempt to seek out methods and rules which concerning with the medication dosage, improve the efficiency of famous veteran doctors’ clinical experiences inheritance. It will offer more visualized , more objective, and more convenient reference for clinical applications.
