新发现的固有淋巴样细胞在肠道的区域免疫中发挥重要作用;本项目在前期研究的基础上, 应用整体动物模型以及基因敲除动物,在细胞和分子水平采用免疫组织化学、细胞过继转移、western blotting、ELISA、RT-PCR以及流式细胞分析技术;系统研究“警报素”分子HMGB1、IL-33在实验性肠炎中对固有淋巴样细胞的作用与调节机制,达到对肠道区域免疫分子和新细胞亚群对炎症性疾病影响的深入认识,具有免疫学理论意义和临床价值。

New finding of innate lymphoid cells play an important roles in regional immunity in the gastrointestinal tract; the present project based on previous studies, applying histochemistry, cells adoptive transfer, western blotting, ELISA, RT-PCR as well as flow cytometry, systemically investigate alarmin such as HMGB1 and IL-33's regulatory roles and mechanisms by which on innate lymphoid cells in experimental colitis, in order to intensify the knowledges of regional immunity in the gastrointestinal tract regarding cellular and novel cellular subsets's influences on inflammatory diseases, this project has the immunological theory and clinic significances.
