神经环路及其关键节点的结构和功能异常是情感和记忆障碍相关重大疾病研究的焦点。建立正规化的中国人脑库将对神经环路的进一步发展有重大意义。本课题拟在浙江大学医学院中国人脑库前期工作的基础上，建设一个符合国际规范的包含各类神经精神疾病的中国人脑库和技术创新平台。脑库将联合省内各大医疗机构和研究单位，将平台建设成我国国内的神经精神疾病防治研究的重要基地。包括：建立规模较大的中国人各类神经精神疾病的脑标本资源库，开展资源整合共享和运行服务；建立和完善关键技术平台，包括标准化的取材、诊断、质控、样本存储和数据库管理系统；应用超高场3T和7T磁共振成像，建立电子影像脑库并开展相关研究。本项目建设将对各类神经精神疾病的大脑样本进行资源保存、整合和技术创新，为促进我国的神经精神疾病基础和临床研究服务。

The structure and functional abnormality in the neural circuitry and related key nodes are focus of research for major diseases of emotion and memory. One of important passages to better understanding of diseases and their progression is to establish a standard Chinese brain banks. Based on the preliminary work of Zhejiang University School of Medicine China Brain Bank (ZJUCBB), we will establish a Chinese Brain Bank in line with the international standards, which contains various major types of nervous and mental diseases. The goals of this project include: to build a big brain sample library with various major neuropsychiatric diseases; to establish a standard brain bank technology system within the platform; to perform sub-mm high-resolution high-field MRI (3T and 7T) studies of brain samples from Brain Bank. The practical operating procedures include the standardized neuroanatomy system, the standardized neurostaining system, the standardized neuropathology diagnosis system, the standardized sample quality control system and the central database system including the brain donation program. It is anticipated to build a well-established and open brain bank, to provide supports for the national brain science and technology development in China.
