小三毛金藻在北方盐碱水域极易大量繁殖,分泌毒素,造成养殖鱼类的大量死亡,目前已成为宁夏渔业最主要的危害之一。生产中常用的小三毛金藻防治方法不能从根本上有效地防治小三毛金藻毒害,因此开展小三毛金藻生长特性及毒素积累代谢的研究,对进一步研究小三毛金藻的防治方法,降低小三毛金藻的危害具有重要的科学价值和现实意义。本研究拟采用均匀设计和单因素浓度梯度的试验方法,通过构建生长动力学模型与毒素积累代谢动力学模型,开展小三毛金藻的生长及毒素积累代谢过程和特征的研究,旨在掌握小三毛金藻的生长以及毒素的代谢规律,为小三毛金藻生长抑制因子及防治方法的研究提供基础数据和理论依据。
英文摘要
Prymnesium parnum can easily multiply in the northern saline waters,it secrete toxins that cause massive death of farmed fish, bring great harm to the production of fishery. At present, Prymnesium parnum has become one of the major hazard of ningxia fisheries, seriously impact on the healthy development of fishery in ningxia. The Prymnesium parnum control methods which mainly comes from the production practice cannot fundamentally effective prevention and treatment of Prymnesium parnum damage.Therefore it will bring important scientific and practical value to study Prymnesium parnum growth characteristics and toxins for further research of control and reducing the harm of Prymnesium parnum.By the uniform design and single factor experiment method, the growth and toxins metabolism dynamics will be studied, the growth characteristics and the optimal growth conditions of Prymnesium parnum will be found out,the influence mechanism of environmental factors on the growth and toxins of Prymnesium parnum will be found out.The result will provide basic data and theoretical basis to prevention and treatment of Prymnesium parnum.
