枣(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)是原产我国的特有果树,新疆的红枣产业近十年来蓬勃发展,但是盐碱胁迫影响了枣树的分布、枣果的产量和品质。迄今为止,国内外对枣树耐盐性的研究主要集中于形态学和生理学水平,对其分子调控机制知之甚少,枣树miRNAs的信息尚未见报道。 本项目以酸枣 (Z.acidojujuba C.Y.Cheng etM.J.Liu)为实验材料,应用高通量测序的方法,对枣进行小RNA测序。鉴定枣的保守miRNA,挖掘新的miRNA和靶基因。筛选参与枣盐胁迫应答的miRNA及其靶基因,运用转基因拟南芥验证miRNA生物功能,旨在为更好地阐明枣树的耐盐机制提供科学的理论依据,以期将来为新疆盐碱地的改良和利用提供新的思路和途径。

Jujube is an original perculiar species of China. Chinese jujube industry is flourishing in Xinjiang in last ten years.However, Salinity is a severe and increasing constraint on the productivity, quality and distribution of Chinese jujube in Xinjiang.So far, research on the salt tolerance of jujube has been focused mainly at the morphological and physiological levels, the molecular regulation mechanisms involved in the salt tolerance of jujube are poorly known. A list of miRNAs in jujube has never been generated. In this study, High-throughput Sequencing was employed to discover conserved miRNAs and novel miRNAs in acid jujube (Z.acidojujuba C.Y.Cheng etM.J.Liu) The Salt-responsive miRNAs and their targets were identified. To understand biological function of miRNAs in response to salt stress in jujube using transgenic Arabidopsis.We sought to set the basis for better understanding the mechanism of jujube in response to salt stress. miRNAs system seemed to contribute to provide new ideas for improving and taking advantage of alkaline soil in Xinjiang in the future.
