目前西医对于MDS并无特效疗法。青黄散在临床治疗MDS安全,有效,廉价,值得推广。我们既往研究发现,青黄散可能通过TRIF信号转导途径,促进机体产生IFN,达到肿瘤细胞的杀伤效果,青黄散治疗后的有效病例,TRIF信号通路的TRAF-3基因表达明显增高,并不伴有IFN-γ基因升高,青黄散中青黛和雄黄的配比不同,治疗效果也不尽相同。这让我们提出以下假说:不同配比青黄散治疗骨髓增生异常综合征引起TRIF信号通路变化,治疗有反应患者的TRIF、TRAF-3等相关基因表达明显增高,IFN-γ因子明显增高,治疗无反应患者的TRIF、TRAF-3等相关基因表达正常或偏低,IL-10因子明显增高。探讨青黄散治疗MDS的治疗机制和预测因子,可以提高临床诊治效率,提高疾病疗效,产生巨大社会和经济效益。

At present,there is no specific treatment for MDS. Qinghuang powder in the treatment of MDS is safe, effective, cheap and worthy of promotion. Our previous studies found that Qinghuang powder may be via TRIF signaling pathway, to promote the production of IFN to tumor cell killing effect. IN effective cases TRIF signaling pathway gene TRAF-3 expression was significantly increased, without IFN gamma gene increased. Proportion of Qinghuang powder in Indigo naturalis and realgar is different, treatment effect are not the same. Which allows us to propose the following hypothesis: different ratio of Qinghuang powder on treatment of abnormal syndrome caused by change of TRIF signaling pathway of bone marrow hyperplasia. Relevant genes in treatment response in patients with TRIF, TRAF-3 related genes was significantly increased .IFN gamma factor was significantly increased.Non response patients with TRIF, TRAF-3 and expression of normal or low, IL-10 increased significantly. Exploration of Qinghuang powder treatment of MDS treatment mechanisms and predictors can improve the efficiency of clinical diagnosis and treatment, improve curative effect of the disease, resulting in enormous social and economic benefits.
