神经和血管发生与脑梗死的预后密切相关,局部的血管再生为缺血后中枢神经元前体细胞的分化和迁移提供了充足的氧气和营养物质,为缺血组织创造了良好的微环境,从而与神经再生一起共同促进神经功能的恢复。近年来随着神经血管单元理念的建立,将神经血管做为一个整体来研究将成为脑卒中治疗新的突破口。研究发现,多个系统及因子参与了神经、血管发生的过程,其中Shh及Wnt信号转导通路是两条调控神经、血管发生的重要途径。本研究在前期研究基础上,以脑梗死模型大鼠为研究对象,以Shh及Wnt两条通路为研究主线,以其有关因子(Shh、Ptched, Smo、Gli1、Wnt,β-catenin、Frizzled、GSK-3β,TCF/LEF等) mRNA及蛋白表达等为观测指标,动态研究脑梗死后两条调控神经、血管发生通路上关键因子的变化规律及针刺干预效应,从促进神经血管发生角度深入揭示针刺治疗脑梗死的分子机制。

Nerves and blood vessels is closely associated with the prognosis of cerebral infarction , vascular regeneration after partial ischemic central neuronal differentiation and migration of precursor cells provide sufficient oxygen and nutrients , and create a good environment for the micro- ischemic tissue , so that together with the nerve regeneration and promote the recovery of neurological function .
