血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)对于血管的发育和病理重构具有至关重要的作用。然而其下游的信号传导及转录机制尚未得到系统研究。 本课题拟采用先进的二代测序技术结合生物信息学和系统生物学等方法对VEGF 通路中的信号转导途径,转录机制和RNA转录组进行全面扫描和网络整合,为系统认识VEGF信号传导的机制,治疗血管相关疾病提供理论依据和分子靶标。

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) is a central factor regulating vascular development and pathological remodeling. However, its downstream signal transduction and intra-nuclear transcription lack systematic interrogation. To resolve this question, in this study,we will employ multiple disciplinary approaches including next-generation sequencing, bioinformatics and systematic biology to gain a complete insight of intracellular signal, transcriptional regulation and transcriptome, and integrate them into a entire molecular network. The completion of this project will significantly advance the current understanding of VEGF signal pathway and potentially provide new targets for curative interference.
