支气管哮喘近年来其发病率在全世界呈上升趋势，从中医肾论治哮喘能有效控制哮喘，但肾虚本质与哮喘在微观领域的相关性研究仍值得进一步开展。因此，本课题通过肾阳虚模型联合卵白蛋白致敏、诱导造模建立大鼠肾阳虚型哮喘的中医病证结合动物模型；拟用两种大鼠肾阳虚模型，并用行为学、神经内分泌功能等检测和方法评估两种肾阳虚模型的建模程度后，卵白蛋白致敏、诱导致哮喘模型，通过检测大鼠清醒状态下肺功能、肺组织Th1/Th2细胞因子、海马GR、MR、NR和下丘脑CRH、ACTH表达等指标来观察肾阳虚证与支气管哮喘病证结合的内在关联性，并用金匮肾气丸对肾阳虚结合哮喘进行干预和反证，本课题将为临床应用补肾法治疗哮喘和补肾中药治疗病证结合的肾阳虚型哮喘开发提供新思路和研究依据。
