云南松(Pinus yunnanensis)是我国西南地区的特有树种,富含油脂,干旱条件下失水迅速,极易燃烧。云南松林是最易发生林火的森林类型之一,由于地处高原山地,林火扑救极为困难,经常发生重大扑火伤亡事故。随着气候变暖,云南松林火发生的危险性日益加剧。火行为是林火研究领域的重点和难点,云南松林火行为目前只有零星研究,其科学问题亟待解决。本项目拟以云南松林为研究对象,围绕火燃烧、蔓延过程中的关键科学问题,在野外试验、风洞实验、燃烧床实验等的基础上,结合火灾案例库和实地火场调查,开展火行为机理研究,并通过数值模拟的方法构建林火能量释放、林火燃烧强度和林火蔓延扩展三大模型。研究目标在于揭示云南松林火发生和蔓延的机理,力争在林火行为基础研究领域,取得一些创新性成果,为西南林区森林火灾的预防和扑救工作提供科学支持。本项目研究成果对减少森林火灾损失和扑火伤亡具有重要的科学和实践意义。
英文摘要
Pinus yunnanensis is a unique coniferous species in southwest China. Being rich in oil, and losing water quickly under drought condition, it is very easy to burn. Pinus yunnanensis forest is one of the most vulnerable forests to fire in southwest China. Furthermore, because it is located in mountain plateau, fire fighting there is extremely difficult and often leads to great casualty accident. With climate warming, the forest fire danger increases. Forest fire behavior is the difficulty and the emphasis of current research. However, there are only few research concerned about the fire behaviors in Pinus yunnanensis forest. A lot of scientific problems should to be solved. In the project, the mechanism of fire behaviors in P. yunnanensis forest will be studied. And the work will centered on the scientific problems of fire occurrence and fire spread. Field experiments, wind tunnel experiments, combustion bed experiments, fire case database searching, field fire investigation will be carried out. Moreover, the fire energy release model, fire intensity model and fire spread model will be constructed through the numerical simulation methods. The aim of the project is to reveal the mechanism of fire occurrence and spread in P. yunnanensis forest, to make some innovative achievements in fire behavior and to provide the scientific support for forest fire prevention and fire fighting work in southwest China. The results of the project have important scientific and practical significance to reduce the loss of forest fire and fire casualties.
