穴位敏化是穴位从“沉寂”到“激活”的动态转化过程,提供动态、客观的可视化证据是明确穴位敏化现象的关键。本课题紧密围绕“穴位敏化动态过程和相关物质基础客观显像”这一关键科学问题,以穴位敏化客观成像研究为中心,重点运用新兴活体成像技术—光声成像、纳米CT成像和金纳米微粒示踪技术,从穴位敏化局部组织-细胞-分子三个层次,客观、动态显示穴位敏化局部的微血管形态与功能、肥大细胞脱颗粒过程以及5-HT、HA等分子物质的分泌释放特征,获取穴位敏化局部由生理“沉寂”状态到病理“敏化”状态以及疾病不同程度的客观显像与动态数据,通过量化结果揭示穴位敏化的特征性改变,丰富与完善腧穴理论。同时,开发穴位敏化的分子显像探针,为客观呈现穴位敏化过程提供先进、可靠的工具。
英文摘要
Acupoint sensitization is the dynamic transformation from "silence" to "activation". Providing dynamic and objective visual evidence is the key to clarify the phenomenon of acupoint sensitization. This research is closely related to the key scientific issue of the "the acupoint sensitization dynamic process and the related material basis". The research focuses on objective imaging study of acupoint sensitization, using the novel in vivo imaging technology--Photoacoustic imaging technology, nano-CT imaging technology, and gold nano-particle tracer technique imaging technology, from three levels of acupoint local “tissue-cell-molecular”, objectively and dynamically display the morphology and function of micro-vascular, particle removal process of mast cell and release characteristics of 5-HT、HA, ect. To obtain the objective imaging and dynamic data of the acupoint sensitization by the physiological "Silence" state to the pathological "sensitization" state and the different degrees of disease. The characteristics of the quantitative results of acupoint sensitization will enrich and improve the theory of acupoint. At the same time, the development the molecular imaging probe for the acupoint sensitization provide an advanced and reliable tool for the objective imaging of the acupoint sensitization.
