轻度认知损害（MCI）是介于正常衰老和痴呆之间的一种认知功能损害状态，其向痴呆转归危险性远远高于正常人群，是开展痴呆防治研究需要重点干预的高危人群。本课题基于MCI患者的认知功能存在可塑性以及我们前期实验基础上发现补肾健脑化痰能显著改善AD模型大鼠的学习记忆障碍，拟在社区MCI患者中，运用专家经验、量表、贝叶斯（Bayes）网络技术相结合，提取中医证型，了解MCI的中医证候分布规律和特点，在此基础上运用中医护理方法进行综合干预，阻断或延缓认知功能的继续损害，检验各干预方案对MCI患者的认知、生活能力、中医证候、生物指标有无改善作用，并采用数据包络分析法对效果进行综合评价，以期建立社区MCI系统化、有中医特色的干预方案，改善MCI患者的认知状况，降低老年痴呆的发病率，减轻家庭和社会负担。

This issue on the basis of MCI patients'cognitive function is plasticity and our previous experiments that tonifying kidney-replenishing brain-reducing phlegm can significantly improve AD rats model's learning and memory disorder,Combining experts' experience、questionnaire with Bayes Network to extract MCI patients'TCM syndrome in community, to find the MCI syndromes distribution and characteristics of TCM syndrome, Based on this,give cognitive intervention, blocking or delaying cognitive function impairment, Test whether each intervention program can improve MCI patients' cognitive function，living ability，TCM syndrome，biological indicator. Using data envelopment analysis method for comprehensive evaluation of effect in order to establish a Systematic and localization cognitive intervention model to improve the cognitive status of MCI patients in community, reduce the incidence of dementia and the burden on families and the society.
