"Pre-hypertension" is an important pathological process before the formation of hypertension.In this study , using the idea "prevention before disease, illness prevention " as guidance and stress-induced pre-hypertension rat model as object, using gene chip, proteomics technology, we give acupuncture intervention against stress-induced pre-hypertension at different time points, then we can observe the effects of different acupuncture methods on stress-induced pre-hypertension rat model and organ protection; operate system biology technology to construct the acupuncture regulation network path and path analysis, test and verify the key pathway in acupuncture regulation, then we can reveal the intervention target and effector mechanisms of acupuncture regulation of stress-induced pre-hypertension, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.
