前期临床研究显示"调理脾胃针法"能改善2型糖尿病及其血管并发症患者的临床症状和体征，降低患者的血糖水平，调节患者的脂代谢和ET、NO分泌水平，改善患者的血液粘稠度，并能提高其糖耐量能力和增强胰岛素的敏感性，增加外周组织对葡萄糖的摄取率，具有拮抗IR的作用，改善受体和受体后缺陷，降低尿蛋白水平，抑制MCP-1过度表达，调节免疫机制，是治疗2型糖尿病及其血管并发症的有效方法之一。本研究拟以2型糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象，以"调理脾胃针法"为干预手段，采集治疗前后糖肾患者的血样，通过分析血自由基产物、自由基清除酶、淋巴细胞DNA、蛋白质、淋巴细胞亚群及淋巴细胞膜损伤水平，与针刺作用相互之间的内在联系，从细胞分子水平揭示糖肾患者淋巴细胞损伤与针刺作用的相关性，探讨针刺调节免疫因子表达的作用机制，阐释"调理脾胃针法"治疗糖肾是基于改善淋巴细胞损伤实现的，为针刺治疗糖肾的作用机制研究提供新的借鉴。

Preliminary studies have shown that "The needling method for regulating spleen-stomach " can improved type 2 diabetes and vascular complications patients of clinical signs and symptoms ，reduced patients of blood glucose level, regulation patients of Lipid metabolism and ET, and NO secretion level, improved patients of blood stick consistency, and can improve its sugar resistance volume capacity and enhanced insulin of sensitivity, increased outside peripheral tissue on glucose of intake rate, has against anti-IR of role, improved receptor and post-receptor defectsreceptor, reduced urine protein level, inhibition MCP-1 excessive expression, regulation immune mechanism, one of the effective method of treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its vascular complications.In this research we use the blood samples of diabetic DN(Diabetic Nephropathy) as the study source, intervention in "The needling method for regulating spleen-stomach ",with studying free radical product(MDA), intrinsic relationship the level of free radical scavenger, lymphocyte's DNA lesion, protein damages, Lymphocyte subsets and Lymphocyte membrane injury level, and the role of acupuncture, to designate the correlation between lymphocyte injury of DN patients and acupuncture role characteristics, interpretation the mechanism of "The needling method for regulating spleen-stomach" treatment of DN efficacy based on lymphocyte damage repair, Investigate the mechanism of action of acupuncture regulating the expression of the immune factors provide new ideas for the mechanism of action of the acupuncture treatment of DN research.

本研究以 2 型糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象，以“调理脾胃针法”为干预手段，采集治疗前后糖肾患者的血样，通过分析血自由基产物、自由基清除酶、淋巴细胞 DNA、蛋白质、淋巴细胞亚群及淋巴细胞膜损伤水平，与针刺作用相互之间的内在联系，从细胞分子水平揭示糖肾患者淋巴细胞损伤与针刺作用的相关性，并利用基因芯片探讨针刺调节免疫因子表达的作用机制。首先构建调理脾胃针法治疗糖尿病肾病效应平台，进一步证实该法为治疗糖尿病肾病的有效方法，在此基础上，对患者淋巴细胞内MDA、SOD、PCO、8-OHdG、GSH-PX和CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+等免疫损伤标志进行检测发现调理脾胃针法能够增强淋巴细胞内自由基清除能力，降低DNA氧化损伤，调节T淋巴细胞亚群数量及活性异常，改善淋巴细胞免疫表达，修复淋巴细胞损伤。在此基础上采用基因芯片技术对观察组治疗前后差异表达基因及其所涉及的信号通路的分析发现，与免疫相关的基因IFNG与调理脾胃针法调节的通路关系密切，为进一步的作用机制研究提供了重要线索。
