英文摘要
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)is a great danger to human health. The in-depth study the pathogenesis and regulation mechanisms of HCC is essential to find early diagnostic biomarks and ideal therapeutic targets. Our preliminary data show that SLC7A11 is up-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma, promotes tumor growth leading to worse survival of patient,and up-regulated in the fifth AFP negative HCC. suggesting that SLC7A11 gene may play an important role in the hepatocarcinogenesis as an oncogene. In order to further evaluate the relationship of SLC7A11 with HCC development,we will study:1)The effects of SLC7A11 on HCC cellular behavior;2)The effects of SLC7A11 on cancer-associated signaling pathway;3)The molecular mechanism of SLC7A11 expression dysregulation. The study results will define the role and molecular mechanisms of SLC7A11 in the development and hepatocarcinomagenesis of HCC and providng supportive evidence for SLC7A11 as a early diagnostic biomark or new target for hepatocellular carcinoma therapy.
