设计合成出以磷胺两性离子为代表的系列两亲性锌酞菁光敏剂,通过对该类衍生物的光谱性质、溶液中的堆积度、生理相容性和光敏活性等方面的研究,发现该类衍生物不但生理相容性好,而且可以通过两性离子结构的改变来调节脂水溶性平衡,最终得到了在溶液中堆积程度较低并具有较好光敏活性的两性离子酞菁光敏剂。另外,本课题组还构建出酞菁类光敏剂/二氧化硅纳米粒的新型给药体系。

Some phthalocyanine derivatives,possessing the amphiphilicity structure, have been designed and synthesized. Based on the studies of the spectral properties, the aggregation in the solution, photodynamic properties and the interaction with biological macromolecules of these derivatives, it can found that these derivatives possess well biocompatibility, and the balance between hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity can be adjusted through changing the structure of amphion, these make above amphoteric phthalocyanine derivatives obtained well photosensitive activity. In addition, one kind of phthalocyanines phtosensitizers drug delivery system, phthalocyanines photosensitizers / silica nanoparticles, was constructed also.
