This study includes: (1)setting up of the method and experimental apparatus for prepare of polymeric microbeads;(2)accomplishing uniform and controllable size of microbeads by optimizing prepare conditions of polymeric microbeads;(3)learning the efficient ways of realizing quantum dots(QDs)averagely and no gathering embedded, no fluorescence vanish and no spectrum superposed in polymeric microbeads, preparing multiplexed fluorescent coding microbeads for biology testing..As fast developing in genomics and proteomics at the moment, especially finishing of human genic atlas, many parallel serial data have been produced .There is a need for technologies that can rapidly screen a large number of nucleic acids and proteins. The carrier made by the way of electrospinning polymeric microbeads can efficiently solve the problem,through embedding multicolor (wavelength-and-intensity multiplexing) quantum dots to form large amounts of incorporate multicolor encoded microbeads. At present, there is nobody to do this work, so we must catch this opportunity to develop relevant topics research and occupy this foreland to make our country keep advanced level in the field of new fluorescence probe research in the world, and develop other relative study accordingly.
