围绕气体水合物法浓缩双氧水和湿法合成过氧化尿素工艺改进,进行了H2O-H2O2-CO2(或C3H8)和H2O-H2O2-尿素-CO2(或C3H8)体系形成气体水合物的相平衡研究,得出随着过氧化氢、尿素浓度和温度的升高,CO2(或C3H8)气体水合物平衡压力也升高,加入表面活性剂会降低形成水合物压力,且可使气体水合物母液夹带量显著降低。依据Chen-Guo模型对上述体系相平衡压力进行了计算,计算值与实验值吻合良好。建立了H2O-H2O2-尿素-CO2和H2O-H2O2-CO2体系中气体水合物分解动力学模型,模型计算值与实验值吻合良好。测定了15℃和25℃时NaCl(或NH4Cl)-尿素-H2O2-H2O及Na2CO3-NaCl-H2O2-H2O四元体系的相平衡数据, 绘制相图得出,氯化钠盐析法能有效提高过氧化氢的利用率和过碳酸钠的收率。测定不同温度时C3H8(或CO2)-尿素-H2O2-H2O体系的相平衡数据,据此开发了丙烷气体盐析法改进过氧化尿素湿法合成新工艺。测定了0℃时Na2CO3-尿素-H2O2-H2O体系的相平衡数据,发明了一种过氧化尿素和过碳酸钠联合生产的新方法。

英文摘要

In order to explore a new concentration method of aqueous solutions of low concentration hydrogen peroxide by gas hydrate method and improve the wet process technology of peroxide urea synthesis, the phase equilibrium of H2O-H2O2-CO2(or C3H8) and H2O-H2O2-CO(NH2)2-CO2(or C3H8) system with gas hydrate formation have been studied. It was conclusion that the equilibrium pressure of CO2(or C3H8)gas hydrate formation was increasing with the hydrogen peroxide and urea concentration and temperature increasing, the equilibrium pressure of gas hydrate formation was decreased and the mother liquor amount entrained in gas hydrate was also decreased when surfacants was adding to the above system. The equilibrium pressure of gas hydrate formation in above system was calculated according to Chen-Guo thermodynamic model and the calculated data was agreement with experiment data. Based on the experimental data, the decomposition kinetics model of CO2 gas hydrate in H2O-H2O2-CO2and H2O-H2O2-CO(NH2)2-CO2 system was established and the calculated values were in good agreement with the experimental data. The phase equilibrium data for the quaternary system NaCl(or NH4Cl)-CO(NH2)2-H2O2-H2O at 15℃ and Na2CO3-NaCl-H2O2-H2O at 15℃ and 25℃ were measured. According to the phase diagram , it was conclusion that NaCl and NH4Cl have no salting out effect on the formation of urea peroxide in the quaternary system NaCl(or NH4Cl)-CO(NH2)2-H2O2-H2O,the yield of sodium percarbonate can be improved effectively and the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the remaining mother liquid of Na2CO3-NaCl-H2O2-H2O system can be decreased significantly by sodium chloride salting out method. The phase equilibrium data of C3H8?CO(NH2)2?H2O?H2O2 at different temperature were measured. Based on above data, a new wet process technology of peroxide urea synthesis improved by propane gas salting out effect was developed. The phase equilibrium data of CO(NH2)2-Na2CO3-H2O2-H2O system were measured, a new method production of peroxide urea and sodium percarbonate combination was invented.
