三叶木通作为一种新型的油料植物,国家的油料战略资源,其种质资源研究刚刚开始,而三叶木通油脂特性及其地理变异规律的研究尚未开展,严重制约了其后期的育种与高产栽培的研究。本项目拟在三叶木通分布区内广泛采样,首次利用群体遗传学的原理,通过形态标记、化学标记(油脂含量及组成成分)和分子标记(微卫星标记)三方面综合研究群体遗传变异式样,结合野外调查的环境因子和Worldclim获得的生态因子数据利用地统计学方法确定三叶木通表型和经济性状差异的主要影响因子;产地的环境因子与遗传多样性是否存在一定的相关性,影响种子油脂含量和组成主要环境因子是什么?并首次利用地理信息系统综合油脂特性相关的环境因子,绘制三叶木通优质种质资源的GIS空间分布图,为三叶木通种质资源搜集、品种培育及高产栽培技术提供理论支持。
英文摘要
Akebia trifoliata being a new kind of oil plants,the oil strategic resources, the germplasm resources research is just beginning. Even more the research on geographical variation in oil properties of A. trifoliate is not conducted, which have restricted the further research on breeding and high-yield planting technology. This project is planning to extensively collect samples in distribution area of A. trifoliate, and comprehensively study the genetic variation pattern of A. trifoliate populations using morphological marker, chemical marker (including oil content and components) and molecular maker (SSR) according to population genetics. Combining the environmental factors from field investigation and Worldclim, the factors impacting phenotype characters and economic characters are determined by geostatistical methods. Are there a correlation between environmental factors and biodiversity, and which environmental factor mainly impacts the oil content and components? The distribution maps are drew using geographic information system according to environmental factors related to oil characteristics. This project can provide theoretical support for the collection of the plasmgerm resources, variety breeding and high-yield planting technology.
